We have our own laboratory where we work on not only improving currently used technologies but also fundamental technical and scientific issues. Formerly, we adapted old and forgotten building and construction solutions to contemporary needs of customers. Nowadays, we mostly work on energy saving, often in cooperation with domestic and foreign scientific institutions.  Many of our solutions are protected by the patent law.

Our business profile and design were shaped by working with historical monuments and the old-fashioned technical and architectural thought. We try to reconcile the new with the old, namely modern technology and experience with spiritual values of our ancestors. This is why in our projects you may find traditional planning, architecture, beauty and unique atmosphere.  We think this harmonious combination of tradition and technology is our greatest achievement which resulted in wide popularity of our houses and strong emotional bond of residents with their place of living what, as a result, unites them and builds local communities.
